Initiate Your Request
Log into your EvoTech account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the device in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
